Crafted from five distinct distillate styles and matured to perfection, this elegant Irish whiskey delivers remarkable depth and complexity.
The nose opens with vibrant citrus peel, soft apricot and orchard fruits, layered with crème brûlée, toffee and delicate floral notes.
On the palate, rich fruit flavours intertwine with vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and lemon zest, balanced by soft oak tannins and indulgent butterscotch sweetness.
A long, refined finish lingers with gentle spice, fruit and seasoned oak, highlighting the harmonious marriage of pot still and grain whiskeys.
