Coming all the way from Seattle we have a trio of beers from Fair Isle. Lora is a Piquette-inspired farmhouse ale with a field blend of berries – cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and boysenberries – employing piquette techniques to reuse fruit after its initial pressing.
A bright, effervescent saison layered with fresh berry character, subtle herbal notes, and a hint of almond, brewed with Eastern Washington grain.
