VB Distillery Black Cherry Rum is a distinctive spirit that marries traditional rum craftsmanship with vibrant fruit character. This expression delivers a smooth, approachable profile with pronounced black cherry notes that define its character.
On the nose, expect rich dark fruit aromatics with subtle oak undertones and a hint of vanilla warmth.
The palate opens with natural black cherry sweetness, balanced by gentle spice and a touch of caramel depth.
The finish is clean and lingering, with cherry notes fading gracefully into warm oak. Best enjoyed neat or over ice to appreciate its fruit-forward character, though it also works beautifully in premium cocktails where its cherry notes can shine. A versatile addition to any spirits collection.
