Signatory Vintage UCF Caol Ila 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay’s renowned Caol Ila distillery, bottled by independent bottler Signatory Vintage. This expression captures the distillery’s signature peaty character with maritime influence.
On the nose, expect classic Islay peat smoke mingled with briny sea spray, iodine, and subtle floral notes. The palate delivers robust peat and smoke balanced by hints of citrus, honey, and a touch of spice. The finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke and a gentle sweetness.
A distinctive dram for peat enthusiasts and Islay collectors.
