From the best vineyards of the Serra de Tramuntana, it is a true reflection of its vintage.
Organically grown, with careful selection to ensure this wine is a pure Expresión of the varietal: Tempranillo.
Patience is a virtue possessed by the team at Bodega Son Vich. The grapes are destemmed and very lightly crushed, fermented at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel vats, and kept on their lees without additives for five months. Following this is a gentle filtration prior to bottling.
Tasting Note: Rich cherry hues lead to a nose of ripe fruit and stony minerality. Full-bodied yet refined, lees-ageing lends a luxurious texture, while the long finish is anchored by fresh, balanced acidity.
Pairing Suggestion: Ideal for white and red meats, foie gras, cheeses, pastas and dark chocolate.
Origin: Majorca, Spain
Alcohol: 13.5%
Blend: Tempranillo
