Part of an exciting pair from independent bottler DS Tayman, this 19-year-old expression takes coastal, peaty single malt from iconic Islay distillery Caol Ila and finishes it in a cask that previously held Tequila. The results are vibrant and complex, with fresh agave notes and tropical sherbet elements nestling in with the signature Caol Ila smoke. Just 197 bottles have been released.
