La Belle Angèle expands beyond its classic French wine range with Lemon & Basil Spritz, a refreshing wine-based aperitif designed for today’s lighter drinking occasions.
Inspired by the relaxed style of the French Riviera, this spritz brings together bright lemon citrus and delicate aromatic basil, delivering a clean, vibrant profile that feels both modern and unmistakably Mediterranean.
At 5.5% ABV, La Belle Angèle Lemon & Basil Spritz offers a naturally lighter alternative within the spritz and aperitif category, aligning with growing demand for refreshing, lower-alcohol options that still deliver full flavor.
First presented at Wine Paris earlier this year, this innovation generated strong interest as a premium wine-based interpretation of the spritz occasion—a space originally popularized by the Aperol Spritz but now evolving toward fresher, lighter styles.
Serve well chilled in a large wine glass filled with ice, garnished with two basil leaves and a slice of dried lemon. The simple presentation highlights the fresh aromatics and allows operators to deliver a polished spritz serve with minimal preparation.
