A limited edition, barrel-proof release from Kentucky’s iconic Buffalo Trace distillery, bottled at a hearty 129.2 proof/64.6% ABV. Made using Mashbill 1 (understood to be 89.5% corn, 7% rye, and 3.5% malted barley), it offers a whole array of brown sugar, red cherry, milk chocolate and baking spice notes. This is Stagg’s 2025 ‘D’ bottling, the last one in the calendar year.
