This sour beer is made with baskets of freshly cut, locally grown lemon balm – creating a beautiful bright acidity and lemony herbaceousness. The acidity is rounded nicely with a lovely sweetness from heritage malted barley.
Ingredients: Heritage malted barley, fresh lemon balm, expressive yeasts, Cornish water.
