De Vergy Cremant de Bourgogne 12% abv 75cl

De Vergy’s Crémant de Bourgogne showcases the finesse and tradition of Burgundy’s sparkling wine heritage. Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle—just like Champagne—this Crémant employs a blend dominated by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with Aligoté (and a hint of Gamay) contributing to its distinctive character. The wine spends ten months ageing in bottle, allowing the small bubbles and refined structure typical of the region to develop naturally

Upon pouring, this Crémant reveals a rich expression of tropical and red fruits, with a soft and inviting finish that lingers gently on the palate. Its aromatic intensity and round fruit character make it approachable and enjoyable, whether sipped on its own or paired with food.
