For SG24 DEYA explored, for the first time, experimental variety CH3 from good friends at Crosby Hops. During the 2025 harvest selection with Crosby, they had the opportunity to get their noses into their exciting experimental range, which is starting to come to market.
CH3 stood out for its decadent pineapple, watermelon and raspberry — how exciting!
CH3 makes up 50% of the dry hop. The remaining dry hop is split between Deep Cut Cascade, which is essentially late-pick Cascade (also from Crosby), and some spanking hand-selected Citra.
