NINE is a Penderyn Single Malt made in partnership with football legend Ian Rush. The number nine has been synonymous throughout his footballing career, the number on his shirt.
Matured for nine years in Tawny Port casks, non chill filtered, no added colour and presented in a decanter style bottle for impact.
Tasting notes, Rich aromas of ripe red berries, on the nose, raisins and other dried fruits with some delicate vanilla and oak influence. Smooth and creamy on the palate with more caramel and fig notes as well as more spice. Using the Port casks has given it depth and sweetness evolving into a warming finish.
