TASTING NOTES: On the nose, citrus and exotic fruits are present, along with lovely tangy notes and hints of white flowers. A lively texture with a long, fresh finish. A thirst-quenching, delicious, and enjoyable wine.
PAIRINGS: Aperitif, white fish, fresh vegetable salads, quinoa dishes and fruit tarts.
PRODUCTION: Low-temperature vacuum de-alcoholization, which is energy-efficient, in order to preserve the brightness and crispness of the fruit.
