DESSERT STATION BOURBON BARREL AGED RASPBERRY WILD BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE SOUR
14 months ago we racked a heavily fruited raspberry sour into a mix of Buffalo Trace and Wyoming Bourbon barrels. What came out of these barrel was a liquid unlike anything we’d ever tasted. Big, rich, complex.
But why stop there?
Together with the guys at Corporate Ladder we decided that we’d condition this beer further in an extreme charge of wild blueberries and give it a cheesecake treatment.
