Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2012 70cl 46%

Distilled in 2012

Bottled in 2026

Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2012 represents a rare opportunity to experience this Fife distillery’s distinctive house style. Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2026, this 14-year-old single malt has matured to full complexity.

At 46% ABV, the spirit reveals layers of orchard fruit, subtle spice, and gentle oak influence.

Expect notes of green apple and pear on the nose, with a palate that balances honeyed sweetness against warming spice and a whisper of coastal minerality.

The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering oak and a touch of dried fruit.

A considered release from one of Scotland’s most respected craft distilleries, bottled at 46% to preserve the character developed over fourteen years in wood.
