Soprano is an elderflower sour with a floral freshness that reminds us of late-Spring country walks. We’ve used bags of fresh elderflowers picked locally in the morning sunshine at Sulham Woods.
With additions of freshly squeezed white grape juice for a touch of sweetness and a small amount of sharp gooseberry for an extra note of tartness.
