Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
A remarkably plush, pillowy body sets the stage for this one, driven by a serious dose of flaked oats and wheat in the mash. We’ve kept the bitterness to an absolute whisper, letting that massive dry hop do all the talking. Huge aromas of white peach and passionfruit from the Nectaron leap straight out of the glass, closely followed by a thick, resinous tropical punch from the Citra Quantum Brite. Mosaic brings a layer of sticky mango to the palate, while a final, crisp zip of fresh Motueka lime zest keeps the finish bright and dangerously drinkable
