Pairing Suggestions: Morel mushroom chicken, aged Comté, dried fruit desserts or a charcuterie plate.
Tasting Note: The nose is very intense, the jammy fruit flirts with dried fruits, coffee and dark tobacco. Generously and superbly balanced on the palate with a distinguished, silky tannin. Surprisingly fresh, the finish is marked by malt and nuts.
