Bright, Textured, and Elegantly Mineral
The Maury Nature de Schistes Blanc showcases the full potential of Grenache Gris from old vines rooted in black schist. A wine of poise and texture, it reveals shimmering notes of citrus and white stone fruit with a fine mineral streak running through. Fresh, complex, and full of character, it’s a captivating white for those seeking something beyond the ordinary.
Crafted from hand-picked grapes grown on low-yielding plots, this cuvée benefits from careful parcel selection, cold settling, and early bottling to preserve its vibrancy. The result is a precise, structured white that offers both freshness and depth, ideal for seafood lovers and those who appreciate refined Southern French whites.
