Producer Note: “The sources of the grapes, enriched by a small proportion of Nebbiolo from the Barbaresco and Barolo region, provide body, structure and a long ageing potential. The fruit is intense and ripe but at the same time fresh with very sweet tannins. Nice fragrancy and longevity.”
Founded in 1881 by Cesare Pio, and now five generations later, the company still makes outstanding wines and i till firmly in family hands.
