This is the 2019 expression, and the blend of both young and old lambic ber has been aged in oak barrels before it’s re-fermented in the bottle. If your first thought was that it’s somewhat reminiscent of a Champagne bottle, then you’re onto something, because the mouthfeel is pretty similar!
