This bottom fermented doppelbock with a gleaming copper colour is a vrey traditional style and has been brewed in almost the same way since the end of the 18th century. It combines delicate hops and dark barley malt to give a beer with a strong full body with seductive chocolately flavours and a light hop background.
A beer that complements strong flavoured dishes like vension or rich beef casseroles.
