Highland 12 Year Old 2011 Barrel Soho Selection 56.4% 70cl

Highland 12 Year Old 2011 Barrel Soho Selection 56.4%

A vibrant, zesty addition to our Soho Selection collection, this 12 Year Old Highland single malt release is the perfect whisky for spring and summer. Distilled at B**blair (no, we can’t fully disclose the name…), this expression is bursting with orchard fruit notes, alongside light elderflower and peach. Tried the vintage ’03 and ’05 expression from the distillery we presume it’s from? This bottling is reminiscent of those, but at cask strength. Delicious.

Tasting notes:

Nose: shortbread, vanilla, tarte tatin and creme anglaise.

Palate: Creamy and rich with elderflower pressé and apple coulis

Finish: Lengthy with bright sweetness and elegant fruits,
