Initially, the Brut de Bière wraps itself in a silky blonde dress with white foam lace. The nose is caressed by a fruity-spicy Riesling bouquet; the tongue is surprised by intertwining delicate sweetness and utterly charming acidity.
Finely bubbly carbonic acid is reminiscent of the mousseux typical of sparkling wine. The rich complexity and beautiful dryness impress with great elegance.
