Kingston Black is one of the world’s greatest cider apples. A legendary bittersharp, it produces a complex, full-bodied drink. Flavours of orange wine gums, frangipane, dried apricots, and rounded out with gentle tannins to finish.
This very special bottling was made possible by a fruit exchange with our dear friend James at Little Pomona, who sourced apples from Hill Farm near Hereford for us. This one is absolutely ideal with a sausage roll.
