A fruited sour brewed with peach, pear and carrot. Collaboration with Vault City.
The beer has a yellowish-orange colour and the aroma is invitingly fruit-forward, showcasing notes of stone fruits – apricot, peach, yellow plum and pear. The flavour is full-bodied and pleasantly tart. Bright, refreshing acidity takes the lead, supported by a gentle fruity sweetness. A fresh and easy-drinking yet satisfyingly rich fruited sour.
Contains: barley and wheat malt.
