It’s the 2018 edition of Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvée René, a blend of both young and old Lambic beer. The Belgian brew is aged in large oak barrels before bottling. It boasts a Champagne-like mouthfeel, which explains the somewhat regal packaging. Delicious to drink now, or will do well with age much like wine, too.
