Lovely minerally, crisp white from Crete. Classic citrus with just a hint of stone fruit on the nose, minerally and crisp on the palate, with a touch more roundness than some of the super intensely minerally Santorini examples. The new 2025 is on top form, great acidity, lovely pure, fersh fruit.
Great with fish, grilled vegetable dishes, risotto’s etc.
