This accomplished single malt is truly the apex of luxury. Master Distiller Billy Walker thoughtfully finessed every drop of vintage auburn liquid in superior Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso casks, expertly sourced from Spain.
Matured in four first-class Sherry puncheons and hogsheads, you can anticipate intricate layers of forest fruits, rich espresso, sweet spice and dark chocolate truffles.
Nose: Ripe dark cherries and brandied honeycomb, with notes of spiced orange, thick treacle and blackberry tart.
Taste: Dark chocolate, dried red berries and maraschino cherries, followed by heather honey and crystallised ginger, with plum brandy and mocha on the finish.
