Subtle notes of banana and oak offer refined complexity in this easy-drinking strong ale brewed with a Scottish grist and Belgian-style fermentation. The unboiled second runnings from a heavier brew are fermented in wood with Wilderness Brewing’s house yeast strain and left to rest awhile. Crisp, clean, dry, light and fruity – bubblegum-banana plus a touch of tart citrus. Pour carefully for a deep golden amber colour with a persistent white foam.
