Deya – Saturated in Anchovy | DIPA

Full Saturated action in collaboration with our wonderful friends at Fast Fashion from Seattle. After visiting them back in September, we were seriously impressed by the quality and punch of their hoppy beers. Naturally, we started plotting…What if we fused our Saturated process with their approach to hop-forward brewing? The Result: Saturated in AnchovyAt the heart of this beer is Anchovy, an experimental hop developed by Segal Ranch in Washington’s Yakima Valley and championed by Fast Fashion. It leads a mega juicy dry hop, supported by Motueka and Nectaron. Why Anchovy? This unique hop is all about aroma. Think watermelon candy, raspberry, lemon zest, and a subtle hint of pine. It’s sweet, punchy, and built to stand out in modern hop-forward styles.
