Barbadillo Criadera Selection Amontillado en Rama

Cracking new range to the UK from Barbadillo. I thought this was both delicious and an incredible value.

“Like the Palo Cortado and Oloroso, there’s also a younger NV Amontillado Criadera Selection, 12 to 13 years on average, selected from the botas in the Bodega de las Mil Pesetas. It has 19% alcohol and a pH of 3.35. All three wines in this new range showcase the character of each style. This is more pungent and saline, sharper. It’s a very honest wine, delineated, saline, with notes of salted caramel, and it has the evolution of an old Manzanilla, elegant and true to the style.
