The blend of young and old lambics with Pinot Gris brings depth and complexity. This grape can express aromas of ripe yellow fruits, citrus, and white flowers, sometimes accented with a subtle spiciness.
Depending on the year and bottle evolution, these nuances may intensify or merge into rounder, slightly tannic notes. The freshness and acidity of the lambic balance this aromatic richness, creating a wine-like gueuze where liveliness and structure harmonize elegantly, giving each cuvée a unique expression.
