Tasting Note
” It is all buttery brioche, vanilla and then a nutty note on the end. Ageworthy, you don’t have to drink this anytime soon.”
Producer
A biodynamic small producer Champagne – freed from the shackles of large negociants, there is a tidal wave of awesome small producers sweeping across the region, making brilliant wines at much lower pricing than the big boys. This is an outstanding example, making really good wine that just happens to be fizzy and from Champagne.
