“Now expanded to a three parcel old-vine white – two on the Paardeberg and one in Malmesbury – this is slightly less chiselled than it used to be, but every bit as good. Stony, savoury and effortlessly intense, it has layers of waxed lemon, beeswax and yellow apple and a salty, mouth-watering finish. 2025-30 “
