This is the best release of this wine so far in my opinion. Really delicious blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato. Best served with a light chill; it’s like many Sicilian reds- a really versatile food wine. Lovely vibrant nose, raspberry and black cherry, touch of white pepper. Juicy with bright, fresh berry and cherry fruit, soft tannins, good acidity and a hint of chocolate on the finish. Seriously delicious, both on its own and with food, may well become a house favourite!
