A traditional blend of young and old lambics, this beer reveals a charmingly cloudy yellow blonde appearance, adorned with a subtle pale apricot hue. The aroma is a delightful interplay of dry wood, dried apple, apricot, and a discreet hint of Brett funk.
The taste is lively and effervescent, reminiscent of champagne, with sour fruit tones like green apple and unripe pear, complemented by a creamy, bread-like core. This geuze offers an accessible and enjoyable experience, reminiscent of an “introductory” geuze with a youthful and approachable character.
