Fable Chapter Two – Folk (Linkwood Aged 12 Years) 70cl 56.3%

Linkwood offers a unique insight into one of Speyside’s best-kept secrets.

Delicately floral single malt with notes of green apple and white chocolate define Linkwood.

Subtle but highly complex single malts that interact brilliantly with American Oak.

In time, as Linkwood ages, it develops a warmer spicy quality, and we have been able to secure casks to highlight each of these aspects through our releases.

Nose

Light and floral with notes of apples, pears, and some grassy, herbal freshness.

Palate

Sweet malt, vanilla, honey, and gentle spice, with a slightly creamy texture and subtle fruitiness.

Finish

Medium, with soft spices, oak, and a lingering fruity sweetness.
