The Jewel in the family’s wine’s this is the image of the company made from 100% Turbiana, a native grape to the region. This is a wine that can be had both young or laid down to rest and evolve into a totally different wine.
Tasting Note: As a young wine it is fresh and elegant with a floral bouquet with fresh apricots, on the palate a balsamic acidity allowing it to pair with a variety of small delicate dishes. With age it develops complexity with the fruits becoming sweeter, candied, and spices developing further enhancing the minerality of the wine.
