Corazon Reposado Single Estate Tequila, 40%

Corazón Reposado Single Estate Tequila is a vibrant expression of the Highlands, capturing the essence of its terroir. Aged for 6–8 months in American oak barrels, this light amber tequila strikes the perfect balance between fresh agave character and subtle oak refinement.

Corazón Reposado is crafted exclusively from blue Weber agave, grown in the mineral-rich soil of Jalisco’s Highlands. Here, warm days and cool nights slow the agave’s maturation, resulting in concentrated sugars and complex flavours. Every bottle showcases meticulous care, from hand-harvesting the piñas to fermenting and distilling with precision at Casa San Matías.

The eco-conscious ethos of the distillery is reflected in every step, with practices like onsite biodigesters transforming organic waste into renewable energy. The result? A tequila that respects the earth as much as it delights the palate.

Tasting Note: On the nose, it bursts with fresh thyme, green grass, and the unmistakable nectar of blue Weber agave. The palate is a symphony of earthy tones complemented by soft vanilla, marcona almonds, and a touch of fresh herbs, delivering a rounded, refined finish. This is tequila elevated beyond the standard and perfect for sipping neat or enhancing your favourite cocktails.
