Hazy DIPA with Eggers Special & Nelson Sauvin/ A love letter to New Zealand hops. Based in Upper Moutere, Eggers’ Hops have been growing for six generations, now specialising in the enigmatic Riwaka cultivar.
Their mid-harvested Eggers Special is an epigenetic variant as delicious as it is intriguing, filled with notes of lime, hay & green tea. Backed up by some choice Nelson Sauvin for a boost of pressed grape & passionfruit, the texture is rich & indulgent while balancing a soft drinkability. Terroir, Traceability & the fruits of their labour
