A deep and inky red in colour, Dry River Shiraz displays a nose of smoky rich fruits with a touch of mint. Smooth and rich on the palate with spicy flavours of luscious dark berry fruits, the balanced tannins help to deliver a tremendously concentrated finish.
Serve at room temperature and try partnering with spicy dishes such as Mexican fajitas or Cajun chicken.
