🍷 Massolino – Barbaresco
Italy | Piedmont | Barbaresco DOCG | 100% Nebbiolo
Style: Still Red Wine
Winemaking: Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with extended maceration to extract depth and nuance, followed by ageing in large Slavonian oak casks to soften tannins and preserve Nebbiolo’s aromatic complexity
Farming: Sourced from select hillside vineyards in Barbaresco, where calcareous-clay soils and a cool, continental climate yield Nebbiolo with finesse, structure, and striking elegance
🌹 A classic Barbaresco—refined, floral, and deeply captivating.
👁 In the Glass:
Brilliant garnet with amber highlights—elegant and luminous.

A perfect match for truffle risotto, braised veal, porcini mushrooms, or aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano. A wine made for Piedmontese cuisine and slow enjoyment.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Drink now with decanting or cellar for 8–12 years to reveal its full complexity and grace.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
