France | Champagne | Non-Vintage Brut | Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
Style: Traditional Method Sparkling Wine | Lively and Refined
Winemaking: Crafted from a blend of the three classic Champagne grapes, with a notable emphasis on Pinot Meunier for fruit-driven charm. Aged extensively on the lees to enhance texture, complexity, and finesse before release.
Farming: From Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne, where family-run Gaston Chiquet cultivates its vines with precision and deep respect for tradition and terroir.
🍾 A grower Champagne with personality—bright, balanced, and full of character.
👁 In the Glass:
Pale gold with a fine, energetic mousse—radiant and expressive.
👃 On the Nose:
Vibrant and fresh. Aromas of lime peel, gooseberry, and green melon leap from the glass, complemented by hints of citrus blossom and toasted almond.
👅 On the Palate:
Zesty and precise. A medley of tropical and orchard fruits dances on a creamy, mineral-driven palate. Crisp acidity keeps it focused, while the finish is long, dry, and beautifully balanced.
🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect with shrimp, oysters, sushi, or goat cheese tartlets. A Champagne that elevates seafood and bright, zesty dishes.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now for its freshness and fruit, or cellar for 3–5 years for added depth and toast.
