🌟 A mineral-driven Riesling—taut, aromatic, and strikingly pure.

👁 In the Glass:
Pale yellow with green tints—crystalline and bright.

👃 On the Nose:
Fragrant and flinty. Notes of lime zest, green apple, and white peach are layered with delicate floral tones, crushed stone, and a whisper of fresh herbs. Clean and focused.

👅 On the Palate:
Dry, precise, and vibrant. A backbone of crisp acidity supports citrus and orchard fruit, while a fine mineral texture adds length and finesse. The finish is saline, lifted, and elegantly persistent.

🍽 Food Pairing:
A natural match for oysters, sashimi, goat cheese, or tarte flambée. Also excellent with Thai dishes or vegetable tempura.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now, but will age gracefully over 8–10 years, developing richer petrol and honeyed nuances.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
‘Via Saint-Jacques’ captures Alsace Riesling with rare clarity—mineral, refined, and full of expressive terroir. A wine of precision, purity, and quiet complexity.
