Complex and perfumed. Classic notes of cassis, blackcurrant, and mulberry are layered with violet, briar, and finely integrated toasty French oak.

👅 On the Palate:
Structured and elegant. Concentrated black fruit unfolds with savoury depth, earthy undertones, and a firm spine of long, grainy tannins. Focused and polished, with a lingering, refined finish.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Exceptional with dry-aged steak, roast lamb with rosemary, truffle risotto, or aged cheddar. A Cabernet built for fine dining and celebratory occasions.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Stunning now with decanting, and will continue to evolve gracefully over 15–20 years.
