👁 In the Glass:
Pale gold with a silvery hue—bright and luminous.

👃 On the Nose:
Tightly wound and beautifully aromatic, with notes of lemon curd, white peach, and flint. Hints of struck match, toasted hazelnut, and sea spray add layered intrigue.

Linear and focused, with a vibrant spine of acidity driving citrus, green apple, and stone fruit flavours. Subtle oak influence adds texture and savoury complexity. The finish is long, saline, and strikingly mineral.

Impressive now for its energy, but will evolve gracefully over 5–8 years, developing deeper nutty and toasty tones.
