🌟 A chiselled Grand Cru Champagne—mineral, complex, and supremely elegant.
👁 In the Glass:
Bright yellow-green with a fine, persistent mousse—striking and luminous.
👃 On the Nose:
Intricate and refined, with aromas of lime blossom, fresh brioche, and delicate spice notes of cinnamon and ginger. A whisper of chalky minerality hints at its Mesnil origins.
👅 On the Palate:
Full yet precise, with a silky texture and razor-sharp tension. Citrus and white peach lead into savoury pastry notes, underpinned by flinty minerality. The finish is long, clean, and intensely refreshing.
🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, or served with roast poultry, chicken in cream sauce, or sashimi. Its purity and finesse also complement fine shellfish or truffle-infused dishes.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now for its vibrancy, yet will evolve gracefully over 7–10 years, revealing deeper layers of complexity.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Le Mesnil Grand Cru Extra Brut is Champagne at its most refined—sculpted from chalk and citrus, with a whisper of oak and zero excess. A wine for lovers of purity, structure, and exceptional terroir expression.
