👁 In the Glass:
Bright ruby with a translucent core — elegant, vibrant, and crystalline.

👃 On the Nose:
Aromatic and refined, offering notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and cranberry, lifted by hints of rose petal, clove, and a whisper of forest floor.

👅 On the Palate:
Light to medium-bodied, delivering a lithe, silky texture with a core of red berry fruit, framed by fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins. A touch of spice, earth, and mineral tension adds depth to the long, seamless finish.

🍽️ Food Pairing:
Perfect with duck breast, grilled salmon, miso-glazed eggplant, or wild mushroom risotto — ideal for dishes with elegance and earthy complexity.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Superb now for its purity and precision, but will evolve gracefully over 6–8 years, gaining complexity with notes of truffle, dried herbs, and savoury spice.
