👁 In the Glass:
Glowing amber-gold with a honeyed sheen—radiant and inviting.

👃 On the Nose:
A rich bouquet of dried apricot, orange marmalade, golden sultana, and hints of lemon peel and honeysuckle. There’s a touch of beeswax and exotic spice that adds depth and intrigue.

👅 On the Palate:
Velvety and mouth-coating with a luxurious sweetness. Layers of poached pear, candied citrus, ripe melon, and honey unfold gracefully. Despite its richness, the wine is lifted by a refreshing spine of acidity and a whisper of zesty minerality on the finish.

🍽 Food Pairing:
A perfect partner to crème brûlée, tarte Tatin, blue cheese, or even foie gras. Equally delicious with almond pastries or on its own to end a special meal.

⏳ Enjoyment Window:
Drinking beautifully now, with the potential to evolve for a decade or more—developing deeper honeyed and nutty complexities over time.
